The language week is a special opportunity for Cook Islanders living in New Zealand to acknowledge, celebrate and embrace Cook Islands culture, history, customs and, most importantly, language. About us :
Gary has worked in IT and the technical aspects of broadcasting for over 25 years. Gladys is a broadcaster and journalist who has also worked in the health and public sectors. Both have worked in and around Pacific media and broadcasting.
English for Migrants
Presented by an experienced English teacher who understands the needs of his fellow migrants, these 30 minute lessons cover all aspects of English including Pronunciation, Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. Hear how to improve English for general and workplace communication, social interactions, job interviews, IELTS and academic writing, along with interviews with migrants and English experts.
