  Cecilia Lara is originally from Mexico and holds a degree in Business Administration, with extensive experience in business, human resources, and the digital world. She has lived in Auckland since 2009 with her partner, the renowned Chef Cabrera, with whom she launched Besos Latinos Restaurant, the first Latin gourmet restaurant in New Zealand, and later the award-winning Margarita Ready To Serve, a project that has gained international recognition.  Over 10 years ago, she started her own digital platform, Latinkiwi, a multiplatform space dedicated to sharing New Zealand in Spanish for the Latino community. There, she interviews entrepreneurs, musicians, dancers, and covers topics about community life. Every Wednesday at 4:25 PM, she hosts her show on Planet FM.
