Phillippa speaks to Kay Eady, author of “Preludes and Feuds, The Lewis Eady Story”. Few family businesses survive for over one hundred and forty years with four generations of family ownership. Kay is the wife of the late John Eady, whose career with Lewis Eady Ltd spanned fifty years. An enormous amount of research went into writing the history of the Lewis Eady family music business and how it came to make an enduring contribution to the history of music and entertainment in New Zealand.
