A University lecturer by profession, Dr Salah has extensive experience in the academic world. He produced Voice of Mesopotamia from 2005-2008, when he returned to Iraq to take a position before moving on to establish the Catholic University in Erbil. Back in Aotearoa, he has revived Voice of Mesopotamia as part of his wider community service through the Babylon Community Development Charitable Trust. Dr Salah is an avid reader and writer and enjoys researching in his spare time.
